AI Services (Premium)

When you use AI photo extraction, images are processed securely and temporarily to extract nutrition data. Photos are not stored permanently on third-party AI servers.

Your Rights and Choices

You have the right to:

• Export your data: Download all your meal logs and nutrition data (available in Settings)
• Delete your account: Permanently remove all your data from our systems (contact support@leanly.app)
• Opt out of communications: Unsubscribe from marketing emails (account notifications will still be sent)

Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data and meal logs are permanently deleted within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics may be retained for analytics purposes.

Children's Privacy

Leanly is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us.
